This is the video of Luke laughing this afternoon. He knocked the toothbrushes over on the bathroom sink while I was washing my hands and OH how he laughed. I ran to get the video and had to knock the toothbrushes over several more times to get this clip. I guess he liked the sound. It's exciting to see him laugh, but every time he gets excited enough to laugh it is followed almost immediately by a mini-meltdown. It's tough having so many emotions; we have to recover from them before trying it again.
That is so cute!
ReplyDeleteAnd I would love to see someone video taping you attempting to get Luke to laugh...pushing the toothbrushes over...holding the camera...more toothbrushes...etc. :) R
So, I turned off my internet radio, made sure my volume was at full blast and then rested my chin on my hands right in front of my keyboard- to watch my nephew laugh :). It was a great show! I'll think I'll take in a double feature :).
ReplyDeleteI have been trying to read your blogs regularly and have loved it. I feel much more apart of your life and even like in some way we have spoken. Remind me though to actually talk to you not just imagine talking with you! I absolutely love hearing what Luke has to say in your discussions!
ReplyDeleteLaura! I love your blog and am so happy to see you enjoying motherhood. I must confess that when it's my turn to be a mother I hope I am a mom like you are.
ReplyDeleteThat was priceless! How wonderful for falling toothbrushes!
